How did you get started with fitness modeling?

I started as a fashion model actually and was unhappy with the pressure that the industry put on me to be unhealthily thin. I started hitting the weights and the rest is history. I absolutely love the way my body has transformed and how healthy and happy I feel now.

 Where does your motivation come from?

I am a highly motivated individual. I learned early on that if you want something, you go after it with drive and passion. I am striving to be the best possible version of myself and that means EVERY day putting the time and work in. Believing in yourself and convincing yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to can be so powerful.

 What is your diet like?

I eat 6 balanced meals a day. I LOVE food and cooking and I’ve found lots of ways to keep my diet clean but fun at the same time! For instance, I love baking with protein and I am actually putting together a cookbook right now!

 What type of Music do you listen to when working out?

Oh boy! Depends on what type of a mood I am in but nothing gets me pumped like EDM!

 Who are your favorite DJs/Producers? 

Right now I’d have to say my favorite producer is Deorro… His style is just so unique and he never disappoints!

 What is your best advice to a woman trying to achieve a physique like yours?

STAY FOCUSED. Stop thinking about the right now and focus on what you want in the future. Once you have enough willpower to ignore the immediate temptations and focus on your future goals, you’ve made it. Work your butt off and be proud of your progress!
