How did you get started with fitness?

I’ve always been active and dancing is my passion. I just started getting serious about fitness a year ago and am loving the journey so far.

Where does your motivation come from?

Knowing that exercising and working hard now is going to set the precedent to keep me healthy and happy for the rest of my life.

What workout routine has worked best for you? 

About an hour of lifting 6 days a week and one day of stretching and yoga.

What is your diet like? 

Everything in moderation. I try to be as healthy as possible, but I definitely have a huge sweet tooth.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Probably 3 different versions of squats to keep my booty in check!

What is your supplementation like?

Protein & BCAA’s

What type of Music do you listen to when working out? 

For gym music I like hip hop and some house music.

Who are your favorite DJs/Producers/Artists? 

Drake is my number one.

What are your interests other than fitness?

Spending the day at the beach after the gym and anything that involves creativity.

Favorite Cheat Meal?

Curry!

What is your best advice to a woman trying to achieve a physique like yours?

Don’t give up! It’s all about the journey, not the destination.
